With a degree in Hotel Management, Catering & Institutional Operations, he quickly rose through the ranks at Richardson Inns, managing a lively city pub and a team of 50, in his early twenties. His adventures took him across the globe before returning to the UK, where he shifted focus to educating on the perfect G&T and advancing through various roles at AB InBev and Molson Coors. At William Grant and Sons, Jon managed major national accounts and contributed to marketing initiatives including the Rugby World Cup. His strategic influence at Edrington Beam Suntory was recognised with a global award, and now, Jon channels his vast expertise to empower bars and restaurants to achieve success.
