Dan Cassen brings a varied, hands-on and detail-focused background to his Clear Brew business.

Before joining Clear Brew, Dan worked in practical roles where preparation, care and reliability mattered. His background includes film and live broadcast work, kayaking instruction and HSE commercial diving, giving him experience in busy working environments and with technical equipment, hoses, cylinders and controlled procedures.

Dan’s aim is simple: to help local venues serve the best possible pint, waste less beer and spend less on line cleaning. As someone who appreciates a properly served pint, Dan understands that beer quality starts long before it reaches the glass. From pubs and bars to hotels, clubs and restaurants, he helps reduce beer waste, save staff time and move venues away from weekly in-house line cleans, while keeping draught products pouring cleanly and consistently.
