Over the years, we have taken great strides to grow and develop as a company. At our core, we always aim to provide our franchise network with the best support we can. Here is a quick overview of the measures we take to help ensure our network feels heard, supported and integral to the team.

1.     Meet our central office team

Here at Clear Brew HQ, we have an expert team on hand to answer any queries our franchisees may have and offer support in all areas of the business. From accounts to marketing, we can help our network achieve their goals and grow.
One of the most crucial members of our team for the franchise network is our Franchise Coordinator. They are the first port of call for our franchisees. Come across a technical issue while out on a job? Need some help prospecting? Have an idea that you would like to put forward? Our Franchise Coordinator is here to listen and advise!
From flyers, leaflets, guides and banners to trade shows, social media and other digital channels, our strategic marketing efforts are expansive, and cover many platforms. From this we build brand awareness, form relationships, and generate leads.

2.     Communication is key

We believe that great communication is key when it comes to liaising with our network. Aside from regular emails and phone calls, our specialist internal messaging platform has been integral to our franchise communications. We use this platform daily to inform the appropriate franchisees of any leads, updates, and news.

3.      Let’s touch base

True or false? The only time we see our franchisees is during initial training. This is of course FALSE. We admit, as our network spans from one end of the country to the other, digital methods of communication are key on a daily basis. However, where possible, we will always take the opportunity to touch base with our franchisees in person. We have recently toured the country to exhibit at trade shows. During this time, we have been able to not only elevate the brand and gather leads, but we also took the opportunity to catch up with our franchisees in the surrounding areas.

The event that we all look forward to (and is an important one for our franchisees to put in the diary) is our bi-annual conference. This event is a great opportunity to express recent developments and discuss plans moving forwards. Of course, a Clear Brew conference is not complete without a beer or 2 to round off the day!

As a franchisor we are passionate, dedicated, and believe in the business model we offer. We are constantly exploring ways to enrich the benefits and support we offer the franchisees. With new franchisees regularly coming on board, we will continue to develop the business, innovate, and be a strong support system for both our customers and franchise network.
